Regular Visits

A typical office visit takes about twenty to thirty minutes.  You will come in, be greeted with a smile and taken back to therapy.  You usually do not need to disrobe.

Avoid relapse with regular visits.

You will enjoy a very relaxing therapy session that includes treatments like intersegmental traction, moist heat, electric stimulation, ultrasound, therapeutic massage or myofascial release and sometimes you will be instructed in the performance of specific exercises.  You will then go back to the doctor's office for your chiropractic adjustment and auriculotherapy acupuncture.  The doctor will answer any of your questions and then you will be released to the front desk where you can schedule your next appointment.

Dr. K Asks some important questions of interest to Herndon residents - Chiropractor Herndon Dr. K Asks...

Why does chiropractic work?
Chiropractic works because your nervous system, consisting of your brain, spinal cord and all the nerves of your body, controls and regulates every cell, tissue, organ and system of your body. A chiropractor locates and reduces areas of nervous system compromise (usually along the spine) so your capacity to heal is restored. Chiropractic works by helping your body work as it was designed.
What controls your pulse, blood pressure and cholesterol?
Conventional health care focuses on the various aspects of your blood. But these are merely effects. Chiropractic focuses on the integrity of your nervous system that controls, regulates and monitors every aspect of your circulatory system, every aspect of your body and every person in Herndon.
